Beginning today, you can turn it all around. You can decide that you really had it with what you're going through and make some changes. That's how all great journeys begin. You really do have to reach a point where you know that enough is enough and there are some important changes to be made.
Heroes, I'm starting to become convinced (at least in real life), are made...not born. They're the women and men who've created a grand vision, integrity and the desire to work to perform jobs daily that will take them to the heights of serious greatness. The heroes are people who often see something that hasn't even been created yet or no other person can see. They carry out their task with vigilance, care, and are always the person they know they can be even if there's not an audience of any type.
You can become the protagonist, the hero, of your own story today. You can be the person that decided that fear was no longer going to govern them and that they would stop at absolutely nothing to bring their gifts to the world. You can do that. That is actually a definite possibility. There is no reason in the world why you cannot. The only thing truly preventing you from doing this are the excuses you create in this moment. Massive impacts can be manufactured by those who believe excusees are irrelevant.
But how?
You must accept the soft whispers that make it clear that things are possible. Because they are. Yes, many have to overcome major odds to be in a position to see that day...but it's possible. Improbable to the onlooker...yes. Most unlikely. No.
Make the choice today to turn it all around. You can be your own hero. Now start acting like one.
