A great way to do this is with an elastic band! Put a rubber band around your wrist. Each time a thought comes into your head that tells you that you can't do something, you may never succeed, or anything negative, SNAP the elastic band on your wrist.
You may be snapping that band till your wrist is red and sore. Before long though, you'll stop the negative feelings because you do not need to hurt your wrist any longer.
