Conquer desires of the flesh, such as, overeating, lust, greed and drunkenness. However, if you control yourself, these negative desires won't affect your mental and physical health the way they have done in the past.

The success of your personal development efforts is directly tied to the research and work you put into improving yourself. You must keep your head up and trudge through the rough patches to see the results you want. Try to live by these tips so that you can experience a better life.
