The success of companies in the current economy requires a balance between employees in terms of gender. This has triggered debates that have led to positive change in this sector. This is a strategy formulation and implementation that requires an organization to ensure a number of considerations. The budget will cater for training and employing other individuals to bring about the balance. The organization must be well prepared in terms of finances so that there will be a smooth running.
