Being flexible is one of the advantages that a person can achieve through meditation. This is because during the workout, muscles would be stretching; reaching for a different limit each time. The body and mind get strengthened in this process thereby promoting inner self growth and fulfilment to an individual.

It takes time to calm the mind down of thoughts especially for beginners; that is why the environment must be distraction free. Also of importance is to eat healthily, this means no intake of foods that will jeopardize the meaning and aim of practice. Maintaining a healthy diet and environment, results in reaping better benefits of the process.
