One thing that is certain is that most of the people do not know that the thoughts will directly affect the nervous system. And to tackle this, there will be the positive and negative thought. Both of these will have different results and effects on the body. They will cause the different flight or fight triggers. It is then appropriate that you manage your thoughts influence nerves or else they will manage your body for you.

It is quite normal that a person will experience many thoughts at the end of the day. This shows that a person will be very vulnerable to the effects of the negative and positive thinking. Thus it is the high priority that a person engages in the positive thoughts more. This acts to prevent against several illnesses, for instance, the high blood pressure.

To start with, the self-talk will greatly affect the nervous system. Well, you may be wondering how this happens. For instance, if you have been experiencing some wild thoughts, when they come next you will certainly panic. When this happens, the body will engage in a whole different manner. This will include the release of adrenalin into the nervous system. This affects the digestive system on the other hand. And if you make this a habit it may also lead to more chronic illness like the stroke and insomnia.

Did you know that the individuals that possess a poor emotional health will also experience poor immune system? This may be greatly opposed by persons who do not know of the way the human body works. To start with, research has shown that when you do experience feelings, there may be a chance that this will lead to abuse of alcohol and tobacco. If this is not managed, then there will be the after effects that will include liver problems and also lung cancer. It is then high priority to make sure that you do manage the way you think.

Its quite obvious that the poor feelings will because you stress. Stress will be the root of all evil in your body. And if you oppose this, then it is time you reviewed this. To start with, the body will react differently when you put your foot on the gas. Here it will cause anger. When you put brakes, it will then cause depression and withdrawal. All these will affect your body in a manner that will change the normal functioning of the system.

Did you know that the negative feelings will directly affect the life span of an individual? Well, the DNA strands called telomeres are reduced when one experiences stress leading to hormonal imbalance. Well, these will directly reduce the life span.

Anxiety can be intergenerational. Well, this can be argued out. However, it is quick mathematics that if the parents did have the anxiety gene in them, then it will certainly be passed on to the children. This means that the children will be treated to suppress the gene. If not the case, then they will experience anxiety issues.

Make certain that you only entertain the positive feelings alone. This way, you will also have a longer lifespan.
