The Black Binder

By Evan Sanders

This lesson isn't as sinister as it sounds...

But it is critical to your success.

Repetition is the mother of all skill.

I know as an athlete I've heard this over and over again...but it holds a lot of truth. You're not going to be good at everything you do. In fact, when you're really learning something new, you're going to be awful at the start.

But that's part of the path. That's part of the journey you have to travel.

So in time if you really put some effort towards manifesting some new things in your life, what was once difficult now becomes incredibly familiar to you. It becomes muscle memory and you can do the task more easily every single time. But it's important you don't stop there.

So what is The Black Binder?

First off, it doesn't really have to be black. Secondly, it's a binder that you create for yourself to look through every single morning to motivate yourself to chase your dreams.

And...you get to have a lot of fun with this one.

Inside the binder, you are going to have quotes, affirmations, pictures of goals, dreams, ambitions, and phrases that inspire you.

The main point of all of this is here - make something for yourself that you can be proud of and that gives your life direction.

When you do this every single day, life becomes a hell of a lot easier when you are chasing after your dreams.

You are not only creating new skills for yourself but a new belief system entirely.

Belief in yourself, belief that your dreams are possible, and belief that you have what it takes to get it done.

Engage in this practice...it will make a big difference in your mindset, especially in the morning.

Dive right in.
