Dangers And Drawbacks Of Biotech Presentation Coaching

By Sandra Stevens

It has almost become the trend of the 21st century; companies are increasingly hiring coaches to help mentor their aspiring, promising and existing executives. Most of this personnel that renders biotech presentation coaching as a service are lawyers, former athletes, business academics, consultants and psychologists. And due to lack of training on their part, most of these do more harm than good in carrying out their tasks.

There s a lot that is changing in the world as we progress into the future, the advent of technology threatens even the most rigid of processes with automation. Artificial intelligence and machine learning have gone as far as learning attributes exclusive to living beings such as reasoning, this then says they in the not so distant future could be helping you build up mental prowess and focus.

And thus even this coaching take on different forms. Below is an attempt to predict future trends in this form of coaching. The rise of the automated coaching: the greatest gift you can give to someone is the investment you have invested in yourself, such is what impacts highly a mentee by a mentor; progression is the name of the game.

There are different reasons people come to a coach or rather companies bring their employees to a class: it could be that they have hit rock bottom and are at their wits end in productivity and thus cannot move the organization further. The employee can be in need of close counsel, yearning for someone they can have a confidential conversation with, someone outside of the organization they themselves belong to.

It may also be that they are ready to do something different, something that will help them grows in aptitude or maybe there are looking for a change and thus need perspective they can trust outside their own. Some companies might hire a coach because their high-value employee needs a coach in a specific area of focus; they lack better communication with others, always embroiled in conflict, always causing the departure of fellow employees.

There is a lot of reason, and so are the forms or training, the focus is on not just learning but a specific way of learning for the client. The more problems get identified in the process, solutions get worked out and applied for them and results are reviewed, the more complete and long-lasting the learning becomes.

Yet there s oversight in that view, there is usually unconscious conflict employees might have that this strategy favors to gloss over and in the long run the problem gets exacerbated because the psychological damage wasn t resolved to begin with. Inherently this will affect the company in that productivity of the employee will be affected.

Digitalization: our culture is changing, once upon a time a movie was rented from a shop in a DVD and returned after a set number of days, now it s purely done over the internet no need for physical DVD tapes or disc, with some change, will come also in how it is delivered, Webinars, online training, video conferencing etc. Are replacing the conventional way of meeting.
