More often than not, life does not take a course that many people want. This touches all aspects of life, be it personal relationships, finances or even career. When you reach a point where you are uncomfortable with the way you are living, it is probably the right time to turn your life around. Another important factor is to wade off the fear that keeps you from taking risks. This does not mean that you stop reasoning out and just do things blindly. Therefore, try out new things such as acquiring additional skills or even investing in other businesses.

To prevent you from sliding back to mediocrity, surround yourself with right people. These should be real people who you share common interests with. Build strong relationships with people you can trust and share dreams with. Moreover, focus on having friends whom you look up to as mentors and even other below you. This means that as you are being changed, you are also impacting others positively.
